The Eternal Memory
Chilean director Maite Alberdi follows renowned journalist Augusto Góngora, who is in late-stage dementia, and Paulina Urrutia, a culture minister and his life partner of 25 years, as they navigate the challenges of his illness. Each day, the couple faces the difficulties caused by Alzheimer’s disease, but they also maintain the tenderness and sense of humour that binds them together.
